Dr. Krystal Sears currently serves as the Campus Executive Pastor at Victory City Atlanta and is the Executive Director launching an impactful soul-winning initiative under the leadership of Pastor Smokie Norful. She also oversees marketing and communication for Victory Global. With 24 years of pastoral service, she combines spiritual wisdom with robust administrative skills.

In addition to her pastoral roles, Dr. Sears is a university consultant on biblical applications, collaborating with university vice presidents, professors, and book authors to integrate faith into academia. Her extensive background includes serving as a senior pastor for over 20 years and as an executive producer of Christian conferences. Notably, she has also been an honorary commander in the US Air Force and has served on both private and public medical boards.

Above all, her dedication to service and leadership is driven by an unwavering passion for advancing the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Inspired by Philippians 1:6, “Being confident of this, that he who began a good work in you will carry it on to completion until the day of Christ Jesus,” Dr. Sears continues to empower and uplift those around her, always striving to fulfill the mission entrusted to her with the preaching of the Gospel and the empowerment of God’s people.
