Stephanie D. Shipp

Stephanie is a seasoned corporate executive with over three decades of experience at companies like Apple, Dell Technologies, and Salesforce. Stephanie has excelled in roles spanning operations, mergers and acquisitions, and strategic planning. A recognized thought leader, business partner, employee advocate and coach. Throughout her career she has been a catalyst for growth and change and she is dedicated to advancing sustainable inclusive principles across organizations. Her standout achievement and most impactful work, however, lies in the domain of Cultural transformation to include, diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging. She is a culture transformationalist, adept at organization assessment and process framework development necessary to drive retention, create opportunities for connection, and build belonging.

She is currently a member of the Board of Trustees at DePaul University in Chicago, Il and has previously served as an adjunct Professor at Huston-Tillotson University. She is a proud parent of 2 adult children (Paul & Alexandria), YaYa to 2 amazing grandchildren. She spends most of her free time with family, serving her community through volunteering as a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority Inc. – Austin Alumnae Chapter and The Links Incorporated, the Austin (TX) Chapter or traveling with her fiancé.

She holds a Doctorate in Business Administration (DBA) from DePaul University in Chicago, Illinois. A Master of Arts in Business and Human Resources Development from the University of Texas at Austin Texas and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Computer Science from Johnson C. Smith University in Charlotte N. Carolina.
